We are Keyholding Santa Pola, a small and dedicated team that helps homeowners enjoy their property on the Costa Blanca worry-free, even when they are not present in the region themselves. Drawing on our background in hospitality and tourism, we know how important good service, clear communication, and trust are.
We deliberately operate in the Santa Pola, Gran Alacant, and La Marina regions so that we remain close to our clients and can be on-site quickly when needed. Our services include property inspections, key management, cleaning, check-in and check-out, maintenance, and following up on matters concerning your property. In doing so, we consciously choose a personal approach: no large organization or anonymous helpdesk, but direct contact with our team.

General Supervisor
Tom Van Poppel
Responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and full technical service. Manages projects and renovations, plans work, and coordinates various maintenance tasks. Additionally, he takes care of the gardens, terraces, and swimming pools, and ensures a proper welcome and guidance for tenants.
General & Administrative Supervisor
Lizzy Geyskens
Takes care of the cleaning, general maintenance, and plant care of the properties. In addition, she manages all administrative matters for our clients, such as contracts, digital keys, rental licenses, Airbnb, tenant registration, and assistance with various administrative applications and regulatory matters.
Property Maintenance Manager
José Juan Aguillera Amador
José is a versatile all-rounder within our team. He ensures that homes, gardens, terraces, and swimming pools remain well-maintained and cared for. Additionally, he carries out various repairs and maintenance work and identifies matters requiring attention in a timely manner. He also ensures a personal welcome for tenants and is ready to assist them during their stay.
